Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Generously grease a 10-inch skillet. Heat in oven 10 minutes.
    Combine cornmeal, eggs and buttermilk. Do not overmix.
    Add sugar and oil.
    Pour batter into heated pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
