Flakey Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 cups flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. shortening (Crisco)
    1/3 cup cold liquid (combination of water and milk)
Preparation
    Add 1/2 shortening to flour and salt mixture with pastry blender, then add the other half.
    Add water and milk mixture one tablespoon at a time with a fork.
    Makes one top and bottom 9 inch crust.
