Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together very well. Grease and heat skillet or pan that you use to cook the cornbread. Sprinkle the skillet or pan with a small amount of cornmeal. Pour mixture into skillet or pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
