Lentils Mexican Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked lentils
    2 c. water
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. canned corn, drained or frozen, cooked and drained
    salt, pepper and seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Boil lentils in water for 30 minutes and drain off extra liquid.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
    Serve over pasta or rice. Serves 4 to 6.
