Sauerkraut And Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. kraut
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 onion, sliced
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Brown onions in shortening.
    Add paprika and meat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook over low heat until meat is done.
    Add kraut.
    Cook until kraut is browned.
    Add sour cream.
