Northern Italian Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head fresh or 1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, sliced
Preparation
    Parcook fresh broccoli or defrost frozen spears.
    When cool, marinate in remaining ingredients about 1 hour.
