Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast fillets (boneless)
    1 (approximately 8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    2 medium cans enchilada sauce
    1 onion (optional)
    1 (12 count) pkg. small flour or corn tortillas
Preparation
    Boil chicken 20 minutes.
    Rinse in cold water to cool.
    Slice or cut into strips or cubes.
