Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. powdered cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or allspice
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
3 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In large bowl, cream together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
In separate bowl, have dry ingredients sifted together.
Add dry ingredients slowly to creamed mixture, blending constantly.
Stir batter until smooth, then add apples and nuts.
Continue mixing until apples and nuts are completely blended into batter.
Pour batter into Bundt cake pan and bake for 50 minutes.
Cool slightly before icing.
