Gone All Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chuck, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 large can potatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    1/4 c. red wine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 large can carrots
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in covered 3-quart casserole at 275\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours, until meat is tender.
    Serves 6.
