Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Stir
in
sugar and spices.
Mix well. Pour over nuts
in
large
flat\tpan and mix to coat.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes.
Store in tightly covered tin.
