Aunt Leedee'S Carrot Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. carrots
    12 large mushrooms
    1 lb. Chibolini
    1/4 lb. butter or olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean and cut carrots lengthwise into 3-inch pieces.
    Boil until tender.
    Wash and slice mushrooms and saute in butter or oil.
    Add chibolini to the mushrooms and cook until tender.
    Drain carrots and add to the mushroom and chibolini mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Remove to serving dish.
    Serves 8.
