Ground Meat And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ground meat
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 large chopped onions
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    a little water
    2 c. rice (1 c. dry)
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Fry ground meat, with salt and pepper to taste, in cooking oil until it changes color.
    Add chopped onion, chopped celery and green bell pepper, chopped.
    Add a little water.
    Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Prepare rice.
    Spread rice over the meat mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add grated cheese on top.
    Return to oven with lid on and turn oven off until cheese melts.
