Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 chicken, cut in pieces
    1 c. raw rice (not instant)
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Place dry soup in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Add 1 cup water and rice.
    Stir to mix soup, water and rice.
    Place pieces of chicken over rice mixture.
    Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Pour cream soup over all, add remaining water.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and bake 1/2 hour more.
