Potatoes On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    onion
    salt and pepper
    cheese
    milk
    butter
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
    Onion about the same, if desired.
    Line foil pan with large pieces of foil.
    Spray with Pam.
    Layer potatoes and onion with butter, salt, pepper and cheese in foil pan.
    Add about 1/2 or 3/4 cup milk.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook on medium heat for about 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
