Frozen Lemon Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Pet milk, chilled
    juice of 2 lemons
    rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Beat milk until stiff; add 1 cup sugar.
    Beat until stiff. Add lemon juice and rind.
    Pour over vanilla wafer crumbs. Freeze.
    Makes 12 servings.
