Grandma Morrison'S Potato Dumplings(Kartoffel Klosse) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. boiling water
    6 medium potatoes, boiled with skins on
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    When tender, peel and put through ricer or mash.
    Place potatoes on clean towel to dry out excessive moisture.
