Chicken Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 c. crushed croutons
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
Preparation

Saute onion in 2 tablespoons margarine.
Blend in cheese.
Add salt, pepper, milk and chicken; mix well.
Separate rolls into 4 rectangles.
Seal center seam.
Place 1/4 mixture into each rectangle and pull up corners and seal closed.
Brush with remaining margarine and sprinkle with croutons.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
