Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
3 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced fresh apples
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix ingredients together with a large heavy spoon in large bowl by hand or low speed on mixer.
Mixture will be stiff.
Pour into Bundt pan and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
