Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 stick margarine or butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla to melted butter or margarine. Blend in dry ingredients. Mix with nuts. Spread thin and evenly in a well-greased and floured pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool and then cut into squares.
