Ingredients

2 egg yolks
2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pie shell
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar.
Combine with other ingredients.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 to 30 minutes. Cool.
Beat egg whites for the meringue.
