Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. tomato sauce
    12 oz. taco sauce
    1 large carton small curd cottage cheese
    10 to 12 saucer size flour tortillas
    shredded cheese (Cheddar, jalapeno or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; mix in tomato sauce and taco sauce.
    Set aside.
    Place a large spoonful of cottage cheese in each tortilla and roll like a burrito.
    In a 9 x 12-inch baking pan, alternate layers of filled tortilla and sauce mixture.
    Cover the top of pan with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes to set.
