Raspberry Salad(German) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. red raspberry gelatin
    2 pkg. frozen red raspberries, partially thawed
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. whipping cream
    12 large marshmallows
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add the raspberries with juice.
    Pour into pan or mold and chill in refrigerator until firm. Combine marshmallows and cream cheese; mix together.
    Add whipping cream and beat with beater until thick or stiff.
    Spread over gelatin mixture.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Decorate top with candies. This looks great at Christmastime.
