Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend together sugar, oil and eggs.
    Sift salt, flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon together.
    Add to sugar mixture and beat for 1 minute.
    Add pineapple, coconut, vanilla, carrots and pecans. Pour mixture into lightly floured Bundt pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Test by toothpick.
