French Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 apples, firmly chopped
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together.
    Mix in half dry and then other half.
    Stir in apples. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Test for doneness.
    Let sit for 20 minutes.
