Homemade Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
    Warm water to make soft dough.
    Knead with very small amount of flour - let dough rest a few minutes - roll small balls out thin to look like tortillas.
    Fry in dry heavy skillet.
    When they are cooking just right they will bubble.
    Place each one between tea towels to cool.
    Use the same dough to cup up into small triangle and fry in hot oil for sopaipillas.
