Six-Shooter Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 can green chilies, chopped
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 c. Jack cheese, grated
    1 c. Tillamook/Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter; add sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
    Add green chilies.
    Add corn and mix well. Add cheeses and salt.
    Sift flour, re-measure and sift with corn meal and baking powder.
    Add to previous mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured glass baking dish (8 x 12-inch).
    Reduce oven to 300\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
    Serves 10.
