Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper (green)
    1 onion, chopped (medium size)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 can of water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions and pepper. Add both cans of soup and 1 can of water. Salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer 10 minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions. In a casserole dish, place a layer of noodles and a layer of beef mixture. Sprinkle cheese. Repeat for a second layer. End with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 or 15 minutes.
