Cauliflower And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. oleo
6 saltines, crumbled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
4 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

In a small skillet, melt the oleo over low heat.
Add the cracker crumbs and cook, stirring constantly, until the crumbs are lightly browned.
Remove the skillet from the heat and set aside. Spray a 1-quart casserole with Pam.
Arrange the cauliflower in the casserole, top with cheese and sprinkle with the crumb mixture. cover.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
