Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage, hamburg, ground turkey or combination
    1 lb. medium shells or twists, elbows, etc.
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce (homemade, jar or canned)
    6 to 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    salt and black pepper, crushed
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook shells according to package directions.
    Brown sausage. Add sauce.
    Season to taste.
    Combine with shells in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
