Ginger-Glazed Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 lb. chicken wings
3/4 c. water
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. sake (rice wine)
1 thin slice fresh ginger
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
- 
                            Pressure-cook chicken wings with 1/2 cup water, soy sauce, sugar, sake and ginger for 2 to 3 minutes.
Let steam 10 to 15 minutes thereafter.
Remove chicken from cooker.
