Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    4 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Toss
    sugar,
    flour,
    corn meal and lemon juice lightly with fork.
    Add eggs, butter and milk and beat until thoroughly blended.
    Pour
    into unbaked pie shell.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until set. It really takes from 45 minutes to an hour.
