5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 onion, chopped
    1 family size can tomato soup
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    3 potatoes, cubed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
Preparation
    In a crock-pot or Dutch oven, place meat and veggies. Combine water and bouillon cube. Add to the pot along with remaining ingredients. Mix gently. Cook on low; Dutch oven, 5 hours or crock-pot, 8 hours.
