Fay'S Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    4 egg whites
    2 2/3 c. sweetened flaked coconut
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. clear vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl, blending well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
