Shrimp With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 small green pepper, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 to 1 lb. medium shrimp
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; add seasonings, garlic salt, crushed red pepper flakes and salt.
    Saute 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add shrimp; saute until pink.
    Do not overcook.
    Remove shrimp and add green pepper and onion to pan; saute until tender.
    Add sour cream, mixing well; heat thoroughly.
    Return shrimp, stirring to coat with sauce. Serve over rice.
    Serves 2 to 4 people.
