Streusel Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 egg

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Prepare Streusel.
Beat remaining ingredients in large mixer bowl on low for 30 seconds.
Beat on medium, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes.
Spread half of the batter in an oblong pan, greased, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, or square. Sprinkle with half of the Streusel.
Top with remaining batter. Then sprinkle with remaining Streusel.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes
