Spanish Gazpacho(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. canned green chili salsa
lime slices (garnish)
1 c. zucchini, chopped
4 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
lime juice added to taste
Preparation

Combine chopped tomatoes, zucchini and celery into a bowl and mix together.
Transfer 1/3 of this mixture to a blender.
Add some of the tomato juice and puree.
Pour the pureed vegetables back into the bowl and mix the remaining ingredients.
Chill. Serve garnished with lime slices.
