Linguini And Clams Rockefeller - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. linguini
3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
5 green onions
2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. flour
2 (8 oz.) cans minced or chopped clams, drained (save juice)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/4 c. dry vermouth
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook linguini according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, slice green onions finely, using the green tops as well, into the margarine, melted over low heat in skillet.
Mince garlic finely and add to margarine.
Stir constantly to avoid burning for a couple of minutes.
