Bouillie Lait(Cajun Milk Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and enough water to make a paste.
    Add flour and sugars to hot milk; stir and simmer.
    When mixture thickens, add vanilla.
    If thicker mixture is desired, add a little cornstarch, sugar and water.
    You may also add coconut.
    This may be served separately as a pudding.
