Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    12 medium onions
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 qt. vinegar (cider)
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions; cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Bring rest of ingredients to a boil; add pepper mix and boil 10 minutes.
    Fill pint jars and seal.
