Layered Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream or Imo
    1 large ripe avocado
    1 large ripe tomato
    1/4 to 1/3 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 green onions
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add taco seasoning mix and follow directions for water/simmering on envelope.
    Peel and puree avocado with about a tablespoon of lemon juice.
    If desired, green chilies may be added to this mixture.
    Shred cheeses.
    Dice tomato.
    Thinly slice onions and greens.
    Layer the following in a flat plate: refried beans, avocado mixture, ground beef (turkey), green chilies, sour cream, diced tomato, sharp Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, olives and green onions.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
