Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Add sugar; cut in shortening.
    Add yeast, then buttermilk.
    Knead; place in refrigerator.
    Make out into biscuits as needed; do not allow to rise before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
