Springtime Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small new potatoes
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    2 c. chopped bread and butter pickles
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. pickle juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bring unpeeled new potatoes to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Drain and cool slightly; peel if desired.
    Cut potatoes into 3/4-inch pieces.
