Raspberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) raspberry jello
1 (3 oz.) raspberry jello
2 1/4 c. boiling water
25 oz. applesauce
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 drops red food coloring (optional)
Preparation

Heat water. Open jello into large bowl. Pour water over jello. Mix well. Add cranberry juice cocktail and applesauce. Let it set awhile, but not long enough to gel. Add lemon juice. Lightly grease a Pyrex dish and add mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
