Cauliflower And Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    5 carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    12 to 18 soda crackers
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Parboil
    cauliflower
    and
    carrots for several minutes. Break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Slice carrots into 1/4 inch slices. Put
    vegetables into casserole and pour soup and milk on
    top. Melt
    butter or margarine in frypan.
    Crush crackers and
    stir into
    the
    butter or margarine to coat.
    Coat well. Put
    cracker mixture on top of casserole.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
