Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. small to medium fresh mushrooms
    3 medium red onions, halved
    1 large clove garlic, chopped fine
    3 oregano leaves, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. olive oil
    1/2 pt. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    In a large jar, mix garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil and red wine vinegar.
    Shake well to blend.
    Place mushrooms and onions in a large bowl.
    Pour marinade mixture over mushrooms and onions. Stir to coat. Cover bowl and marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 days, stirring occasionally.
