Chunky Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cooking apples, quartered and cored
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 pkg. Sweet One (artificial sweetener)
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine apples, sugar, sweetener, water, cinnamon and cloves.
    Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, 10 to 15 minutes or until apples are soft, but still chunky.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings with 115 calories per 1/2 cup.
