Chicken Curry Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. chopped cooked white chicken meat
    3/4 c. chopped almonds, toasted
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped chutney
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and chill at least 2 hours.
    Shape into a ball and coat with chopped parsley.
    Serve with crackers. Makes one cheese ball.
    (Also makes a good sandwich filling if there are leftovers.)
