Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breast, cut in pieces
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown chicken pieces in hot oil.
    Remove and drain on brown paper.
    Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms and peppers in remaining oil until soft.
    Add tomato sauce and spices.
    Add chicken and simmer 30 minutes.
    Boil spaghetti noodles, drain and put in casserole dish.
    Pour sauce over noodles, top with cheese and melt under broiler if serving immediately.
    Can be reheated.
