Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 light caramels
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    1 pie shell
Preparation
    Heat caramels in double boiler until sauce is smooth.
    Mix beaten eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together and add to caramel sauce.
    Add pecans.
    Put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes.
