Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (15 oz.) salmon
    3/4 c. quick cook oats
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Combine salmon with eggs, oats, onion, parsley, lemon juice, mustard and pepper.
    Add liquid drained from salmon or a small amount of skim milk, if needed, to form patties.
    Cook in nonstick skillet until golden brown on both sides.
